Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide secretarial assistance to the Head of the Legal Department of Daikin Middle East & Africa.
• Maintain and document legal files and maintenance of contract database.
• Draft and review non-disclosure agreement, contract and other confidential documents.
• Perform administrative tasks such as document control, handling mails and follow-ups as and when required.
• Prioritize, schedule & make arrangements for meetings with important personnel upon request.

Requirements

Job Pre-Requisites:
• Fresh graduate enrolled in a degree in Law or related field
• Strong ability in communication & coordination to present, negotiate & influence.
• Excellent writing skills, to draft business documents and follow-up communications.
• Ability to research legal and business issues and learn new concepts quickly.
• Positive and professional attitude, including dependability, timeliness, and a penchant for research.
• Familiar with standard Microsoft tools such as Excel, PowerPoint and Word
• A valid UAE visa for 6 months
