Job description / Role
A leading company that provides payment gateway solutions to online businesses is in search for a Legal Manager.
Candidate Requirements
* Qualification: Law Graduate from a reputed law school and CS
* Minimum Post Qualification Experience - 3 + years
* Drafting of contracts, process notes, procedures, terms and conditions.
* Negotiation and management of contracts.
* Tracking regulatory circulars and giving regular feedback to the respective functions on the regulations / directives regarding their function.
* Advising the management on issues relating to interpretation of relevant laws.
* Legal Compliance as may be required by the overseas parent Company.
* Analysing the viability of business models in relation to applicable laws including structuring of the business models.
* Law firm or payments or banking experience will be preferred.
* It is a MUST that Candidate is a member of ICSI.
