Job description / Role
We are looking for a legal manager to join the corporate legal team and sit as OIC to the Chief Legal Officer of the group
Client Details
A major holding group with businesses and interests in several industries
Description
* Work closely with Chief Legal Officer in ensuring matters requiring senior level input are handled
* Lead contractual negotiations and control complex transactions
* Manage the corporate legal team on day to day commercial/corporate matters
* Take the lead on all real estate and property financing transactions

Requirements
Candidates who apply must meet all of the below criteria:
* UK/Aus/NZ/US/Canadian qualified Solicitor
* Trained and worked at a top tier/magic circle/silver circle/white shoe law firm
* 8-12 years post qualifying experience with a majority of this being in property finance (must have a solid footing in property finance and recent experience taking the lead on property finance transactions)
* Knowledge of tax and treasury is preferable but not essential
