Position: Legal Manager

A reputed a company is looking for a Legal Manager reporting directly to CEO.

Job Purpose

Responsible for managing the legal affairs of the organization/group. Provides consultation, advice, and support, alongside identifying, containing, and managing legal exposure, liabilities, and risk.

Summary of Key Responsibilities

- Contracts drafting & review
- Litigation and Arbitration
- Managing external law firms
- Interaction with Govt. Departments
- Translation
- Policies and procedures and standardized documentation
- Incorporation of new companies and maintaining Group companies' registers and POAs

Requirements

Requirements

- Must hold a Bachelor's Degree in Law or J.D. Degree from a recognized college/university
- Must have a minimum 5 years work experience in similar roll
- Knowledge of UAE Laws, regulations and the business environment
- Demonstrated ability to create legal defensive or proactive strategies
- Real estate/property development experience will be advantageous
- Strong legal writing and drafting skills are mandatory
- Ability to clearly communicate and influence.
- Fluency in written and spoken English is essential, Arabic language will be beneficial.
