Legal Manager

Job description / Role

We are seeking a proactive and experienced Legal Manager with a strong background in FMCG or Food & Beverage to lead and manage all legal aspects of our client business in Dubai. This role will play a key part in safeguarding the company’s interests, ensuring compliance with applicable laws, and providing strategic guidance to senior management.

What You’ll Do:

- Advise executives on legal matters, including labor law, corporate governance, partnerships, international operations, and finance.
- Develop strategies to manage risks, resolve disputes, and protect the organization’s interests.
- Create, implement, and monitor internal policies to ensure compliance across all business areas.
- Draft, review, and negotiate contracts, agreements, and other legal documents.
- Engage with regulators, external counsel, and other stakeholders to maintain positive relationships and ensure legal conformity.
- Analyze potential legal risks associated with business decisions and provide proactive solutions.
- Clarify complex legal matters for management and team members in simple terms.
- Stay updated on legislative changes and their impact on the business.

- Proven experience as a Legal Manager, Counsel or Advisor ideally within FMCG, Food & Beverage, or Hospitality.
- Must speak Arabic.
- Strong understanding of corporate law, legal procedures, and regulatory frameworks.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
