Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Job Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative, legal support to the legal manager and ensure that all documents and contracts are indexed and maintained securely.
• To work as legal messenger between Legal offices, Court, Municipalities.
• Maintain the validity for trade licenses for the BU to avoid its cancellation.
• Provide assistance in drafting and submission of pleadings before the rent committee.
• Undertake Legal research where necessary.
• Ensuring collection of money after successful outcomes in cases;
• Ensuring success in as many cases as possible through effective case management;
• Filing of cases at the police station and constant follow up of the same.
• Managing the volume of cases in a time efficient and effective manner to ensure success is achieved in each and every case. Also adhering to strict timelines in order to ensure all hearings are attended to.
• Will be required to assist senior lawyers in drafting legal memos, attend rent committees, liaise with government authorities/ police stations etc.

Requirements

• Fluency in Arabic speaking/writing skills.
• Working knowledge of English language is required.
• Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
• Hold a bachelor degree in Law. Master’s degree is a plus.
• Nationality: Any Arab Nationality
• Work Experience: 2+ years
• Gender: Preferably Female
• Preferably someone who hold valid driving license
