Employment: Full Time

A renowned law firm in the UAE are looking for a fantastic Legal PA to join their Dubai team.

For this role, you will have UAE experience directly as a Legal PA, be educated in secretarial/legal certificate and be passionate about your role.

This law firm has an excellent reputation and is looking for someone to streamline their administrative processes therefore there is a lot of responsibility and growth available in this position.

Responsibilities include:
- Diary management
- Meeting Coordination
- Filtering and managing calls with clients
- Email management
- Travel coordination
- Preparation of correspondence, presentations, reports, legal documentation
- Proofreading of legal documentation
- Minute taking
- Conflict checks
- Updating internal systems
- Supporting in Business Development and Marketing activities
- Preparing client contacts lists
- Assist in the financials, billing, invoicing, expense claims
- Attend client meetings

Requirements

- Demonstrate professionalism and confidentiality at all times
- Be passionate about the legal industry
- Possess prior UAE experience in a similar role
- Be proactive, organized and be excellent at prioritizing
- Hold a Bachelor’s degree
- Be professionally presented
- Have worked closely with senior Partners and Directors in previous roles
