A leading global law firm is seeking a proactive Legal PA to join its Abu Dhabi office. The successful candidate will provide confidential, professional support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
• Manage communication with internal and external clients, draft responses to correspondence, and assist with queries.
• Organize diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Handle short document tasks and collaborate on larger documents, ensuring organized and accurate filing.
• Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure all necessary resources for meetings, both physical and virtual.
• Oversee the end-to-end process for stakeholder requests and delegate tasks to support teams to meet deadlines.
• Assist with financial administration and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Contribute to a positive team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.
• Ensure excellent client service by being responsive, flexible, and anticipating stakeholder needs.
• Use firm technology tools to improve productivity, reporting, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Degree or ILEX educated
• Previous experience in an international law firm.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, Outlook, teams and copilot with typing speed over 40WPM
• Proven ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations with exceptional service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
• Ability to proactively solve problems and take initiative to implement solutions.
• Able to manage tasks effectively while maintaining responsibility for outcomes.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt to new technologies.
• Collaborative approach, supporting colleagues and contributing to team success.
