Legal PA (Temporary Contract)

Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm, who is currently seeking an enthusiastic Legal Practice Executive to join their successful team. This position is a Temporary Contract.

Based in Riyadh, KSA, the international law firm is looking for a pro-active Legal Practice Executive to provide exceptional legal support to their Team of Partners and Associates in their busy office environment. This role will be expected to multi-task workloads, such as complex diary management, email management, handling correspondence and scheduling meetings. The Executive will also attend some meetings, responsible for taking minutes.

The Practice Executive must be able to perform various administrative duties, such as amending and drafting documents, proof-reading documents, managing data within excel spreadsheets and constructing PowerPoints.

This role will assist with the preparation of billings. It may also support the Business Development Team with administrative duties and formatting pitches, handle filing, photocopying and scanning of documents and carry out any adhoc duties or occasional reception cover where required.

To be considered for this role, the ideal candidate will have experience working within a busy, corporate environment, specifically within a Law Firm. Strong verbal and written communication skills in English and being fully IT literate in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook is crucial for this role.

The successful candidate will have a professional and personable approach with attention to detail and exceptional organisational skills.
