Legal Project Manager - UAE National

Job description / Role

As a Legal Project Manager, you will lead and coordinate legal projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with internal policies and UAE legislation. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams, support legal documentation and risk management, and champion the use of legal technology and automation to enhance departmental efficiency.

Description

* Manage end-to-end legal projects, ensuring timely and compliant delivery
* Draft, review, and finalise legal documents using best practices and internal archives
* Coordinate with Legal, Support Services, and Business Excellence teams
* Develop project plans, workflows, and schedules for structured execution
* Present progress reports and risk assessments to senior stakeholders
* Ensure compliance with UAE laws and internal governance frameworks
* Implement legal tech tools and collaborate on AI and automation initiatives
* Maintain accurate documentation and support general legal operations

* Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's preferred)
* 3-5 years of project management experience, ideally in a legal or corporate setting
* Strong understanding of UAE legislation and compliance standards
* Experience with legal tech solutions and process automation
* Excellent organisational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
