Job description / Role
We are looking for an experienced, hardworking and ambitious Legal Recruiter to develop the legal practice desk, on our existing legal team here in Dubai. Hays Legal is one of our core brands and has been in operation ten years in the UAE market. Due to continued growth, we are now expanding Hays legal to continue to provide an expert service to our growing list of clients.

Requirements
You will be responsible for developing Practice clients across the UAE and wider Middle East market, focusing on roles from paralegal level, right up to Partner level. You will need to have expert knowledge of the legal recruitment market, in order to have credibility with both your clients and candidates.
A passionate for business development is a must for this role.
