Job description / Role
A leading UAE Law Firm is looking for an experienced legal secretary to join its Abu Dhabi office. This multicultural firm enjoys a reputation for its breadth of knowledge and for delivering excellent client service.
As part of a secretarial team working for 4/5 lawyers, you will provide exceptional secretarial and administrative support. Using your excellent organisational skills you will juggle different priorities. Tasks will include producing and amending documents, diary management, emailing, filing and entering lawyers' time in the billing system as well as monitoring emails, taking calls and generally being your lawyers' right hand.
Requirements
- Relevant secretarial qualification
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably with a law firm
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- Typing speeds of minimum 40 wpm with audio typing being required from time to time
- Excellent formatting skills including ability to use Track Changes and create document versions
- Advanced Microsoft Word, intermediate/advanced PowerPoint skills. Good Excel is an advantage
