Job description / Role
Charterhouse is working with an international Law Firm who is looking to hire a Legal Secretary to join the business. You will be tasked with supporting the litigation team with a range of secretarial and admin duties.
The litigation team work mainly in the areas of international arbitration and commercial litigation. Responsibilities will include, document production, file management, diary management, email monitoring, billing/invoices and arranging travel. You might also be tasked with supporting the business development team. There is a chance of more senior responsibilities for experienced candidates.
Requirements
The successful candidate should have a minimum of 1 year experience working for an international Law Firm along with 3 years exposure to litigation. In addition, experience of corporate would be an advantage.
