Irwin & Dow are proud to represent this prestigious global law firm based in DIFC, as they seek a new Legal Secretary to join their friendly and forward-thinking team. Their practice is highly diversified with a commercial and corporate focus and an international framework.

This vacancy requires candidates to have a mature approach and be able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines to support in an EA capacity and to provide general office coordination support on a day to day basis. You will be considered an integral member of the team and therefore will be relied upon heavily for support, discretion, and professionalism at all times. Duties will include diary management, international travel management, document control and collation, opening of files, continuous compliance and monitoring, writing briefs and amendments, contract review and client interaction, both in person and via email. You will manage updates on legal software and manage billing and document control via these systems. Additionally, you will manage the administrative and operational needs of the office, including supplier agreements, internal events and liaison with the DIFC authority.

Requirements

As this is a close-knit office team, we are seeking the right personality fit for the role, with an excellent MS Office skill set. Prior legal experience would be advantageous, but those with a professional services background and interest in law will be considered. Candidates must possess an excellent command of the English language, both spoken and written and be proactive, with excellent attention to detail.
