Charterhouse is working with a leading international firm who is looking to hire a proven Legal Secretary to support their Disputes and Litigations team. For this permanent full-time role, you will be based in their regional office in Dubai and shall be offered a generous benefits package including substantial annual leave, medical and dental insurance as well as an annual flight ticket.

About the role
Your duties will include managing all fee earner's and Partner's diaries proactively, coordinating all meeting room bookings and managing the inbox of fee earners and Partners. In addition you will also organise all travel arrangements such as; reservations, flights, visas, ordering currency and managing expense claims. There will be an events management element to the role, where you will be arranging internal and external events to celebrate deal closing, client entertainment, including supporting on-site when required.

Requirements

The successful candidate will have at least three years’ experience as a Legal Secretary in the UAE. Due to the current visa restrictions candidates currently residing in Dubai will be considered.
