About the Role:
A leading global law firm is seeking a proactive Legal Secretary to join its Company Commercial Practice Group in Dubai. The successful candidate will provide confidential, professional support to senior stakeholders in a fast-paced environment, with opportunities for career development and growth.

Key Responsibilities:
• Stakeholder Engagement: Manage communication with internal and external clients, draft responses to correspondence, and assist with queries during stakeholder absences.
• Diary and Travel Management: Organize diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements, proactively resolving scheduling conflicts.
• Document Management: Handle short document tasks and collaborate on larger documents, ensuring organized and accurate filing.
• Meeting Organization: Prepare agendas, coordinate logistics, and ensure all necessary resources for meetings, both physical and virtual.
• Workflow Management: Oversee the end-to-end process for stakeholder requests and delegate tasks to support teams to meet deadlines.
• Financial Administration & Compliance: Assist with financial administration and ensure compliance with firm policies and procedures.
• Pitch and Presentation Creation: Support the creation of impactful pitches and presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Team Collaboration: Contribute to a positive team environment and provide support to colleagues as needed.
• Client Service Excellence: Ensure excellent client service by being responsive, flexible, and anticipating stakeholder needs.
• Technology Utilisation: Use firm technology tools to improve productivity, reporting, and collaboration.

Requirements:

• Degree-educated or equivalent.
• Previous experience in an international law firm or similar professional services environment.
• Experience in a professional services environment, ideally in an international law firm.
• Proven ability to anticipate and exceed client expectations with exceptional service.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise with senior stakeholders.
