A prominent government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a skilled and experienced Technical Support Senior Specialist to join their Legal and Government Affairs Department. They offer a dynamic and rewarding work environment where employees can contribute to meaningful projects.

Description

* Provides comprehensive technical and administrative support to the Legal and Government Affairs Department.
* Manages legal cases, maintains electronic records, conducts data queries, and generates reports.
* Ensures efficient workflow and contributes to the continuous improvement of legal operations.
* Liaises with internal and external stakeholders.
* Manages schedules and reviews correspondence.
* Ensures the confidentiality and security of legal documents.
* Supports budget management activities.
* Requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in relevant software applications.

Requirements:

* Holds a Bachelor's degree (Master's preferred) in Law, Administration Management, or a related field. Professional certification in Law is a plus.
* Possesses 3 to 5 years of experience in an international law firm or a similar role within a relevant industry.
* Demonstrates full professional proficiency in written and spoken English. Arabic bilingual skills are desirable.
* Is highly skilled in MS Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, and Excel) and relevant software applications, including electronic record retention systems.
* Exhibits excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Is self-motivated, organized, able to multi-task and prioritize effectively, and can work independently.
* Has knowledge of preparing court document procedures.
