Legal Tax Associate for Law Firm

Job description / Role

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting and reviewing a variety of complex agreements
• Keeping up to date with new legislation, summarizing key changes and advising clients on their applicability
• Interact with clients regarding ongoing and future transactions, communicate updates and maintain client relationships
• Assist clients with cross-department inquiries and maintain relationships with the various internal teams to ensure seamless service
• Contribute to thought leadership articles on areas of the law, prepare legal articles and updates.

• Law degree (J.D., LLB or equivalent) from a university and/or law school and qualification is required
• 3-6 years PQE experience gained within a leading law firm
• UAE experience
• Fluent written and oral communication skills in English language
• Solid financial experience is a must
• Excellent - Ability to adequately manage time, prioritize instructions and meet deadlines
• Eager and proactive learning mindset, resilient to handle setbacks and pressure
• Active interest in business development activities
