Legal Typist - Arabic & English Fluency - International Law Firm

Job description / Role

A highly regarded law firm is seeking a Legal Typist with commercial fluency in English and Arabic for the Abu Dhabi office.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a global top-tier practice which is involved in relevant and high profile matters.

Within this role, your day to day responsibilities will include:
- Translating and producing legal documents and emails in a timely fashion;
- Liaising with internal contacts in order to prioritise your work load;
- Utilising Microsoft Office and legal database systems to create documents that fall in line with firm guidelines;
- Inbox, diary, and telephone management.

Requirements

Listed below are the minimum expectations for technical skills, experience and qualifications which individuals need to meet in order to perform their role:

- Excellent English and Arabic typing skills, both written and oral with commercial proficiency;
- Proven ability to manage a busy administration workload with excellent typing and software skills;
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise own work;
- Calm, unflappable demeanour, ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines;
- Confidential and discreet;
- Enthusiastic about team culture and flexible in work approach.
