Charterhouse is working on an incredible remit to join an award winning leisure and beauty business as the Business Manager. This is a vital role where you will take ownership of the business in order to grow and develop new business and retail targets, on both an individual and store level. Persistent in your drive for improvement, you will plan and organise social media, product stock levels, be heavily involved in management of staff whilst ensuring the brand is presented in the best possible way.
Requirements
This role will suit you if you have a proven track record working within leisure, spas or the beauty industry with previous management experience, however if you have diverse retail experience this may also be a great role for you. You’ll be commercially minded and will be able to show where you’ve thought creatively to drive business growth and enhance customer experience. Finally, you’ll be a natural leader of people, able to inspire and coach people to do their best. Due to the nature of the business female candidates will be considered for this role and you may be required to work on some weekends.
