Leverage Tools Specialist

Our client in Dubai is seeking a highly skilled and innovative Leverage Tools Specialist to join their dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, implementing, and managing various technology tools that drive efficiency, scalability, and innovation within the organization. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to optimize workflows, enhance productivity, and leverage cutting-edge technologies to maintain our competitive edge in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Research, evaluate, and implement a wide range of technology tools and platforms, including but not limited to cloud computing, automation, DevOps, analytics, and security tools.
• Act as the subject matter expert (SME) for various leverage tools, providing guidance, support, and best practices to internal teams.
• Analyze existing workflows and identify opportunities for automation and optimization using relevant tools.
• Ensure seamless integration of new tools with existing systems and infrastructure, and monitor their performance to ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with development, operations, and business teams to define technical requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop training materials and conduct workshops to ensure staff are well-equipped to use newly implemented tools effectively.
• Monitor emerging trends and advancements in technology, evaluating their potential impact on business operations and recommending new tools or technologies to leverage.
• Maintain documentation on all tools, including setup guides, usage instructions, and troubleshooting steps.
• Ensure that all implemented tools and technologies adhere to security protocols and compliance standards.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years total engineering or operational experience
• Proven experience in evaluating, implementing, and managing various leverage tools in a technology environment.
• Experience with Opswat operational & infrastructure administration.
• Experience with SEP AV/EDR.
• Experience with Microsoft MDE AV/EDR.
• Experience with ZScaler DLP solution.
• Understanding encryption methods and experience with application like Bitlocker
• Experience within large and complex global enterprises defined by high availability, transaction rates, and geographical distribution.
• Good communication and articulation skills
• Knowledge of Azure Security with experience in MDE, MS DLP, Unified Labeling, Attack Surface Reduction and other technologies is an added benefit.
• Strong understanding of M365 and MS Azure Technologies.
• Knowledge of Data Classification is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of Antivirus Compliance Policies (CIS Benchmark).
• Demonstrated ability to manage complex vendor and supplier relationships
• Proven experience in contributing to and executing technology service development plans or roadmaps
