We are looking for a librarian (maternity cover) who is passionate and enjoys creating an engaging and inspiring learning environment for students.

The successful candidate will be an experienced librarian who is excited to join our world-class school and is driven to provide education at an exceptional level. GEMS teachers enjoy an outstanding school environment in which to deliver a dynamic and creative curriculum to motivated students.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in library science is mandatory.
• A creative and enthusiastic approach both in and out of the classroom.
• An excellent team player both within the department and across phases.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal communication skills to work closely with students and parents.
• Good command of English.

Skills

• Proven experience in a British curriculum.
• Exceptional subject knowledge.
• Extensive experience in teaching the National Curriculum for England.
• A passion for teaching and a positive 'can do' attitude.

Education
