Lifeguard

Job description / Role

• Monitor pool activity to ensure swimmer safety
• Enforce pool rules and facility regulations
• Perform water rescues and administer first aid or CPR as needed
• Inspect and maintain safety and rescue equipment
• Provide excellent customer service and respond to guest inquiries
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the pool area
• Assist with setting up and breaking down pool equipment
• Participate in regular safety drills and training sessions

• Must hold a valid Lifeguard Certification
• First Aid certification required
• Previous lifeguard experience preferred but not required
• Strong swimming skills and physical fitness
• Ability to remain alert and focused for extended periods
• Quick decision-making and problem-solving abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Team-oriented with a positive attitude
• Calm and professional demeanor in emergency situations

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 3,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
