We are recruiting on behalf of a world-renowned international construction and engineering company. This company is recognized for its excellence in delivering large-scale, high-profile projects worldwide.

Availability: Immediate joiners preferred

Key Responsibilities:

Lifting Operation Planning and Execution:
• Develop and implement lifting plans in line with project requirements, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
• Assess potential risks in lifting operations and establish effective safety measures.

Equipment Management:
• Ensure daily maintenance and proper usage of lifting equipment in compliance with regulations.
• Inspect and verify the safety and compliance of lifting equipment.

Team Coordination and Supervision:
• Collaborate with crane operators, construction teams, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
• Guide and supervise lifting operations on-site, ensuring adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Regulatory Compliance and Documentation:
• Ensure lifting operations comply with local laws, regulations, and company safety policies.
• Prepare and maintain records and reports related to lifting activities.

Experience:
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in lifting management, preferably in large-scale engineering projects.

Certifications:
• Must hold a valid Lifting Appointed Person certification.
• Strong knowledge of lifting safety procedures and industry standards.

Skills:
• Excellent communication and coordination skills, with the ability to work effectively with teams and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to perform well under pressure, responding quickly to site issues.

Other Requirements:
• LEEA Certification is mandatory.
• Immediate availability is highly desirable.
