Lighting Sales Engineer

Job description / Role

Main responsibilities:
• Generating enquiries
• Increase product awareness
• On receipt of order, liaising with Accounts department for ordering, invoicing, delivery and collection of payments etc
• Coordinating with customers/sites with regards to technical queries
• Liaising with different departments when offering integrated solutions

Objectives:
• Becoming a part of a dynamic team to deliver projects and services of the highest quality
• Reporting to: Sales Manager
• Number required: 2
• Duration: 2-year Contract, to be reviewed after that
• Desired start date: as soon as possible
• Probation: 6 months
• Working Hours: Sun - Thu 9am - 6pm & Sat 9am - 4:30pm
• Other Benefits: health insurance
• Other interactions: Accounts Department, Admin Department, Logistic Department, Automation Department, Projects Department

Requirements

University Qualifications:
• Engineer or equivalent lighting industry experience
• Nature and length of previous experience: 2-4 yrs of relevant experience in the lighting industry

Specialist knowledge:
• Knowledge of Dialux and/or Relux
• Knowledge of AutoCAD
• Proficient in use of Microsoft Office

Soft Skills and Personality traits:
• Good Communication
• Good Interpersonal skills
• Teamwork
• Valid UAE Driving License is a must
• Language Fluency: English is must
• Current Location: UAE
