Listing Agent

Job description / Role

Better Homes are seeking a Listing Agent to join our Sales & Leasing team in Dubai. You will be responsible for increasing the lead generation for both Residential and Commercial sales and leasing divisions in the company.

Key responsibilities:

Lead Generation
- Increase the number of leads by calling or mailing
- List units for leasing and sales
- Schedule meetings with potential landlords and sellers
- Consistent follow up with key landlords to check if they have any upcoming units

Customer Management
- Prepare monthly activity report
- Provide weekly feedback to all clients
- Implement various initiatives for customer engagement

Internal Stakeholder Management
- Promote all listings internally in addition to the normal activities to advertise it in all portals
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure maximum leads are converted into success

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree with over 1 year of related experience in telesales, telemarketing or tele-research roles including setting appointments.
- Strong computer literacy (MS Office, Internet, Database software etc.)
- Good numerical ability with excellent written and spoken communication.
- Attention to detail and good presentation skills.
- Creative and analytical while possessing personal drive and initiative.
- Able to work independently without supervision.
- Approachable and pleasant workplace demeanor.
- Must have a car and valid UAE driving licence.
