Listing Coordinator

Job description / Role

• Coordinate and negotiate with landlords and owners who are interested to sell or rent their properties.
• Coordinate with leasing agents and marketing about available properties for sale/rent to be posted on property portals to get leads.
• Manage viewing appointments for properties listed.
• Negotiate the prices with landlord and owner to sell or rent properties.

Requirements

• The candidate must have a good negotiation and communication skills as the main role of the job is to interact with different owners and landlords most of the time.
• Must have knowledge with Abu Dhabi Real Estate Market. Arabic speaker is preferred but not required.
