LMS Manager (Fixed Term Contract)

We are looking for a strong LMS expert to come in and project manage the implementation of our Learning Management System across Farah. This will include system configuration, coordinating with business stakeholders and acting as the Administrator.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Coordinate with the business to define the scope of project with clear deliverables and deadlines
- Liaise with the vendor to maximize the LMS and its interaction with other Farah IT systems
- Identify and utilize project resources to ensure project completion
- Collaborate with all departmental management teams and on-job trainers to create standardized on-job training plans for all colleagues across all leisure facilities
- Create SOPs in line with the implementation of standardized company-wide training
- Create user guides for all levels of LMS access
- Provide on-job training for all levels of LMS usage
- Provide monthly update reports to ensure project milestones are being achieved and to flag potential challenges for project completion within the preset time frame

Contract Duration - 12 months

Requirements

To be considered for this role you will need:

- Bachelor’s degree in any field or Learning & Development qualification
- Project Management Certification is an added advantage
- Advanced technical knowledge and experience managing SumTotal’s Learning Management System
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Experience leading an LMS project: system upgrade or adding new system solutions
- Experience with technical and non-technical job role analysis including task analysis'
- Experience with designing and writing on-job training plans
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Operating Systems
- Broad knowledge of multimedia software
- Project Management Skills
- Excellent stakeholder management skills
- Basic working knowledge of Oracle
