Local Sales Manager / Team Leader (Pharma Business)

Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Local Sales Manager / Team Leader to oversee our pharmaceutical sales operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the sales and business development and also lead a team of sales representatives, drive business growth, and strengthen relationships with healthcare professionals and distributors.

Key Responsibilities:
• Perform effective Marketing and Sales in Private and Tender Market
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand market reach.
• Develop and Maintain strong relationships with key clients, hospitals, and pharmacies.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to support promotional campaigns.

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales or team leadership.
• Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Excellent understanding of the pharmaceutical market in the UAE.
• Candidates with the good knowledge in Pharmaceuticals trading in UAE market will be prioritized.

EDUCATION-
• MBA, M.Sc / B.Sc
