Logistic Coordinator Cum Driver (With Own Car)

Job description / Role

Duties/Responsibilities:
• Overall, in charge of managing, arranging stocks are in proper order.
• Preparing and packing products for deliveries.
• Support Warehousing operations
• Participate in stock taking and product reconciliation process
• Ensuring packaging material is always available in stock.
• Inventory Physical Verification – Ensure proper counting of stocks and scanning of barcode without mistakes.
• Ensure overall warehouse stocks and materials inside office are properly managed and accounted for.
• Responsible and ensures that product display is available for Events/Exhibitions.
• Proper storage of Incoming, RMA and non-conforming products at designated place with proper identification/ tagging.
• Assisting the statutory audit to conduct the annual physical verification of inventory.
• Drive to different locations for stock deliveries and collections.

Education and Experience:
• Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma
• 2-3 years as logistics coordinator managing import and export of goods, physical verification and auditing of stocks, barcoding, packing & couriering.
• Good working knowledge of logistics documentation i.e., air freight, sea freight, courier documentation etc.
• Good working knowledge of SAGE ERP, Microsoft 365 and MIS reporting.
• UAE Driving License is mandatory
