Position Title: Logistics Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 4.5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A reputable Dubai-based trading firm known for supplying high-grade steel pipes, flanges, and engineered piping components to top industrial clients.

Job Description:
• Coordinate order follow-ups, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of piping materials.
• Prepare and manage import/export documents and ensure customs compliance.
• Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to resolve delays and update delivery schedules.
• Support procurement and operations through ERP updates, inventory checks, and documentation.

Qualifications:
• Open to Asian nationals preferably ages up to 40 years old with least 1 year UAE experience in similar role
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
• Knowledge of shipping regulations, international logistics, and customs procedures
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software

Salary:
AED 4,500 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
