Position Title: Logistics Assistant
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A reputable Dubai-based trading firm known for supplying high-grade steel pipes, flanges, and engineered piping components to top industrial clients.

Job Description:
1. Coordinate order follow-ups, shipment tracking, and timely delivery of piping materials.
2. Prepare and manage import/export documents and ensure customs compliance.
3. Liaise with suppliers and forwarders to resolve delays and update delivery schedules.
4. Support procurement and operations through ERP updates, inventory checks, and documentation.

Qualifications:
1. Open to Asian nationals preferably ages up to 40 years old with least 1 year UAE experience in similar role
2. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field
3. Knowledge of shipping regulations, international logistics, and customs procedures
4. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook) and logistics management software.

Salary:
AED 6,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
