Job description / Role
PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Monitor the International deliveries in line with AP commitments and trade compliance policy
• Optimisation of the use of the assets for Export deliveries
• Administration of ALL the Import and Export of the products according to the assigned countries
• Optimization of the cost related to transport (land, sea, air), customs clearance, insurance
• Management of the forwarding agent and transportation companies
• Management of the Customer bank guarantees
• Ensure that AP equipment well handled during shipping and place and follow up of any claim if need
• Ensure the back up if a shipping team member is missing
• Raising the shipping invoice and sales invoices
Requirements
KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED
• Graduate in international trade will be a plus
• 3-6 years of experience in Import & Export
• International work experience
• Fluency in English / Arabic is essential
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Initiate, drive and change management skills
• Strong knowledge in Microsoft
