Job description / Role

Position: Logistics and Customer Support Coordinator

Responsibilities:
- Oversee and execute order fulfillment operations, specifically within the marketplaces’ fulfillment centers, encompassing inventory management, order processing, and shipment tracking.
- Liaise with logistics partners to ensure the timely delivery of orders and proactively address any logistical challenges.
- Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally through various communication channels, including in-person, email, phone, and chat.
- Provide comprehensive assistance to customers regarding order inquiries, product details, and handling returns or exchanges, delivering tailored solutions to meet their needs.
- Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to incorporate customer feedback into business strategies aimed at optimizing the overall customer experience.
- Maintain meticulous records of customer interactions and order statuses utilizing CRM software or equivalent systems.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Prior experience in Order fulfillment field is a must.
- Prior experience in customer service or a related field is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
- Strong organizational skills with the capacity to manage multiple tasks efficiently within a dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with “Monday” customer relationship management (CRM) software.
- Knowledge of e-commerce platforms and logistics systems would be advantageous.
- Fluency English language is a must.
- Conversational ability in Urdu / Hindi Language is a must.
- UAE Driving license is a must.

Budgeted Compensation:
- Salary package: 4,000AED / Month

Salary:
AED 4,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
