Job description
Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, manage logistics documentation, and ensure on-time delivery through collaboration with carriers, customs, and warehouse teams. Must have at least 2 years experience in logistics coordination and have the following attributes: detail-focused, multitasking, diplomatic, deadline-oriented, client-service driven.
Requirements
- Arrange, track, and confirm shipments.
- Prepare AWB, B/L, COO, and customs documentation.
- Communicate with freight forwarders and clients.
- Maintain ERP/WMS shipment records.
- Resolve delivery issues promptly.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in logistics coordination.
