Employment: Full Time

Logistics Coordinator up to 10k AED for a Logistics Solutions Company in Dubai

• Receive and check deliveries to ensure that the correct amount and type of stock is delivered
• Monitor material transport and delivery for timeliness and legality
• Verify, review, and reconcile documents and reports about inventory
• Complete and verify paperwork and documentation
• Assist peers as required (coordinate meetings, training, etc.)
• Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store)
• Enter the daily data from drillers timesheets into computer system
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and coworkers
• Manage activities throughout the order fulfillment and transportation cycle to make sure established deadlines are met
• Streamline shipping and transportation processes

Requirements

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to any Chinese speaker candidate
• Male/Female, 35 years old and below

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management or any relevant field
• At least 2 years of proven experience in freight forwarding
• Computer-savvy with a working knowledge of logistics software (ERP)
• Outstanding organizational and coordination abilities
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
