Job description / Role
Job Description:
- Experience in handling Import / Export Documentation
- Experience in Preparing Bank documents and Export Documents based on Letter of Credit (LC) requirement.
- Experience in handling Sales Order, Purchase Order, Shipment Advise, Goods Receipt Entry, Goods Receipt Costing and Invoicing for International customers.
- Handling Estimated Time Arrival reports.
- Preparing Purchase Summary
- Preparing weekly report on pending supplier/customer orders.
- Follow up with suppliers for shipping documents.
- Order processing and updating the information into the system
- Checking, verifying and sending the pre-alert to destinations
- Time-to-time updating the local and destination customs regulations
- Assisting team to prepare the export/Import documentations
- Making daily, weekly and monthly google trackers
- Communicating international operations, vendor and other internal stakeholders
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Education level: Bachelor / Master Degree
- Must have 4 to 6 years UAE experience in similar position.
- Must be proficient in Orion or other ERP and MS-Office.
- High attention to detail and excellent analytical skills
