Position Title: Logistics Executive
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 10K AED, all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications plus family insurance
Job Location: Dubai, UAE

About the Client:
A manufacturing and trading company specialised in steel and piping products.

Job Description:
- Contact and coordinate shipments with freight forwarders, container shipping lines representatives, shipowner agents, surveyors in the ports of loading and discharge.
- Responsible for issuance of packing lists, supporting with other shipping documents, such as invoices, bills of lading, stuffing reports, surveyors reports etc.
- Track shipments and providing timely updates to the company’s staff and to clients
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports for upper management
- Work with and monitor the efforts of partners in the supply chain to ensure smooth operations.

Requirements

Qualifications:
- Open to Russian speakers
- 40 years old and below
- At least 2 years of experience in the similar role; logistics experience is a must
- Experience in dealing with marine shipments of industrial commodities is preferred
