Job description / Role
- Construction materials stores and warehouse management, movement of labour, materials, tools, plant and equipment to and from construction sites
- Coordinates with the different projects regarding the availability of supplies, plant and equipment
- Perform highly complex professional assignments demanding contributions calling for the application of specialized logistics principles
- Supervise the logistics strategy of the project, review contractor’s logistics strategies
Requirements
- Must have work experience as logistics coordinator for construction
- Must have knowledge of construction materials, tools, plant, equipment – (fit outs & FF & E industry)
- Has to have knowledge of what licenses required for various vehicles and equipment and the process of how to obtain them
