CJ Korea Express is the leading logistics service provider with $5 Billion(usd) Revenue in 2015. CJ Korea Express has a vision to become global Top 5 logistics company by 2020. Based on above vision, we are looking for candidates for logistics operation & planning officer in UAE as below:
Position: Korean Logistics Operation & Planning Officer(Reporting to Deputy General Manager)
Key Responsibilities:
- Support to set planning of branch strategy/tactics for mid-term, long-term
- Support logistics planning, logistics sales group
- Communicate with Korean H.Q
- Conduct logistics operation on daily basis (Air/Ocean/Inland Trucking, Warehousingetc)
- All relevant document preparation for Import, Export operation (including custom clearance)
- Customer Service - Communication with client for smooth operation
- Quotation Management - Account Payable, Account Receivable
- Collect & analyze market intelligencesin accordance with the company anti-trust policy and guidelines
Requirements
- Korean National
- 0~3 Years experiences in any field.
- Good command of English Language - spoken and written.
- Able to plan effectively & manage own time
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Demonstrates exceptional presentation and negotiation skills
- Proficient in PC skills(Power Point, Excel, Word)
- Contribute to continuous improvement & embrace bias for change
