Logistics Specialist

Job description / Role

**Working Hours**: Weekends off, 9 AM to 6 PM
**English Proficiency**: Fluent
**Chinese Proficiency**: Fluent
**Arabic Proficiency**: Not required

**Job Responsibilities**:
- Identify local third-party warehousing and delivery service providers in the UAE, engage with them, evaluate their efficiency and services, and select the best partners.
- Manage and oversee the entire process of goods handling, including inbound, storage, outbound, delivery, returns, and inventory checks, ensuring smooth operations.
- Coordinate with the online operations department and offline stores, accurately relaying internal orders to service providers through ERP/WMS/email.
- Track and monitor the entire delivery process, handling any issues efficiently and ensuring high quality in both delivery and after-sales services.
- Independently negotiate with service providers, control warehousing and delivery costs, and establish claims procedures and policies.
- Handle accounting and payment-related tasks for warehousing and delivery fees.
- Complete tasks assigned by superiors and collaborate with other departments on temporary assignments as needed.

- Diploma or higher; majors in logistics, international trade, or e-commerce are preferred.
- Familiarity with the UAE market and existing relationships with warehousing and delivery service providers.
- Open to both genders, with preference for Chinese candidates. Good English skills, able to read, write emails, and communicate fluently in English.
- Familiar with e-commerce warehousing and logistics operations, experienced with ERP, WMS, OMS systems, with at least one year of hands-on experience in cross-border overseas warehouse operations or third-party overseas warehousing.
- Strong customer service awareness, patience, responsibility, excellent communication, coordination, and execution abilities, able to handle work pressure.
