• Select appropriate transportation modes and develop shipping plans based on business requirements to ensure timely dispatch of goods.
• Conduct selection and price negotiations with international freight carriers, and screen suitable carriers.
• Track and manage shipments, resolve any anomalies or issues that arise during transit to ensure on-time delivery.
• Liaise with freight forwarders, assist with customs declaration, inspection, transit procedures, and bonded warehousing to minimize demurrage charges.
Requirements:
Qualifications and Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree or above in International Trade, Transportation, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5 years or more of relevant work experience?EPCproject
• Familiar with international trade practices and knowledge related to import/export customs clearance.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to meet daily work needs (e.g., writing emails, discussions).
• Experience working on international EPC projects is required.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt to a multicultural work environment
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 15,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
