Employment: Full Time

As a Lounge Manager, you will lead all aspects of then business and be an ambassador for the exceptional service which is the hallmarks of our lounge experience. Your warm & well-organized personality, detail to attention and knowledge of our outstanding Food & Beverage offerings would make our lounge feel unique and valued.

What We Require
• Deliver superior service and maximize customer satisfaction by providing a pleasant dining experience.
• Accomplishes restaurant human resource objectives by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counseling & disciplining employees, communicating job expectations, planning, monitoring, appraising, reviewing job contributions, planning & reviewing compensation actions and enforcing policies & procedures.
• Achieves restaurant operational objectives by contributing information & recommendations to strategic plans & reviews, preparing & completing action plans, implementing production, productivity, quality & customer service standards, resolving problems, completing audits, identifying trends, determining system improvements and implementing change.
• Meets restaurant financial objectives by forecasting requirements, preparing an annual budget, scheduling expenditures, analyzing variances and initiating corrective actions.
• Must be involve in choosing the entertainers(band/ singers) for the restaurant and be able to coordinate well with the live entertainment.
• Plans menus by consulting with chefs & management, estimating food costs & profits and adjusting menus and plan the weekly and monthly purchases
• Controls costs by reviewing portion control & quantities of preparation, minimizing waste and ensuring high quality of preparation.
• Maintains a safe, secure, and healthy environment by establishing, following and enforcing sanitation standards & procedures, complying with legal regulations, securing revenues, developing & implementing disaster plans and maintaining security.
• Maintains ambiance by controlling lighting, background music, linen service, glassware, dinnerware & utensil quality & placement and monitoring food presentation & service.
• Enhances department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new & different requests and exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments

Requirements

• Lebanese candidates are highly preferred.
• Atleast proven working experience in UAE in similar capacity.
• Can understand and speak English fluently and clearly
• Can serve beverages.
• Must be able to hear well in a loud environment in order to answer telephone and respond to Guest requests.
• Must be able to walk and stand during entire shift.
