What you will be doing

You will be responsible for the management of the loyalty economic position of the group's loyalty program. Including P&L management, loyalty health via a defined KPI/ OKR set, in addition to distribution, management and dilution of loyalty currency and assets, in accordance with brand and member behaviours.

- Establish loyalty as a Chalhoub Group asset through structure, strategy and management of Loyalty economics and related assets - in line with the customer value proposition, customer (B2B, B2C) & market expectations.
- Ensure optimal program health through ongoing assessment of policy, fraud, mechanics and partner economical / exposure implications at a program, benefit & campaign level
- Work hand in glove with business finance to ensure proactive management of the loyalty portfolio via P+L and sustainable decision enabling models.
- Anticipate customer behavioural shift as a result of program design, as well as their forecasted financial outcomes by working hand-in-glove with the Loyalty Value Proposition Function
- Maximize revenue diversification for Chalhoub through optimal points valuation, perceived value and utilization of cross-group assets and a forward-thinking currency roadmap.
- Achieve loyalty integration by interfacing with internal teams to ensure responsible ownership of cost and profit generating streams.
- Service the loyalty team and key interfacing stakeholders with suitable frameworks and models to drive efficient output
- Build the internal loyalty influencer network to support delivering KPI's / OKR's and embed Loyalty in the Chalhoub employee & partner culture
- Instill a curious, cross -departmental and customer centric approach to all you do, authentically supporting the group's mantra of 'One Team. One Culture

Requirements
