Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

The purpose of this position is to support with the creation and management of all loyalty related initiatives aiming to improve lifetime value and NPS.

• Support the launch of loyalty programs / initiatives in order to drive customers loyalty, reduce churn and preserve / increase revenue & profitability
• Work on the creation of strategic partnerships with reputable brands to introduce an essence of exclusivity to customers
• Monitor regularly the telecom market activity and DU customer base trends and recommend new loyalty strategies, programs and actions
• Manage the day to day operations of the loyalty initiatives in order to successfully achieve the KPIs
• Prepare analysis and reports of loyalty related KPIs and make suggestions for improvements
• Work closely with involved parties to ensure successful delivery of all initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree or equivalent in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in Marketing and/or CRM/Loyalty preferably at a mobile operator.

Knowledge and skills:
• Excellent ability to communicate at all levels of the organization as well as with internal and external stakeholders and team members to deliver against SLAs and KPIs.
• Knowledge of Telecom, Loyalty & Retention processes.
• Coordination with different internal and external teams to deliver programs.
• Team player.
• Delivering Results with a win-win approach.
• Attention to detail.
• Strong demonstrable organizational commitment.
• Excellent analytical, sales, commercial, strategic, financial, planning & risk management skills and attitude.
• Strong presentation skills with effective time-management.
