Job description / Role
Account Manager for a global agency to take ownership of a prestigious client account, work on the data side of loyalty and the creative strategic planning. You’ll get a chance to lead loyalty strategy, data strategy, and creative strategy on one of the best accounts in the agency. You'll be joining a close-knit unit of people who are passionate about what they do while mentoring Account Executives.
The Account Manager Will
• Manage loyalty & CRM marketing / reward programs and grow the business from existing / new clients by delivering exceptional client service / planning.
• Proactive thinking and client competition mapping
• Prepare proposals and presentations for the clients to help project their product in the right direction.
• Conceptualize, present & execute the campaign
• Product Sales Analysis & Revenue Maximization.
• Advice the clients on various CRM and retention programs.
• Relationship building with National & international brands in order to get them on board.
• Mapping the markets for the client and region-specific marketing campaign.
• Coordinate project execution with operations & internal teams.
• 2+ years’ experience and proven track record as an Account Manager within a direct marketing, CRM / Loyalty or Digital agency.
• Ability to deliver exceptional service to clients, spot new opportunities to help clients achieve better results from their CRM strategy, and somebody who's fun to work with as well.
• Exceptional project / budget management skills for a fast-paced environment.
• Experience coaching junior executives with actual results
• Marketing degree or equivalent
