Job description / Role
• Uphold the Brand Standards at all times and provide a unique customer experience that truly reflects the Brand Philosophy
• Engage in direct customer contact to ensure they are not left unattended in the store at any time.
• Constantly provide inputs to ensure the brand remains innovative, original and unique in its offering to the customers.
• Ensure every customer is engaged in an overall omni channel experience to connect the customers seamlessly from in store to online.
Requirements
• Customer service and interpersonal skills
• Native Arabic speaker with fluent English communication skills
• Luxury sales experience
• Pleasant personality and high standard of grooming
• Passion for luxury retail industry
