AHS Properties, a premium name in luxury real estate, is seeking a luxury real estate affiliate marketing manager (offline) to spearhead our offline affiliate marketing initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing effective offline marketing strategies that enhance brand awareness and drive sales through strategic partnerships with affiliates in the luxury sector. Your expertise in offline marketing tactics and relationship-building will be essential for this position.

Responsibilities

• Develop and manage offline affiliate and referral programs with corporate partners, brokers, and industry networks.
• Identify and establish collaborations with luxury lifestyle brands, concierge services, and property networks.
• Design and implement offline marketing activations and co-branded campaigns.
• Negotiate partnership terms, commissions, and deliverables.
• Monitor affiliate performance, ROI, and conversion data.
• Coordinate with PR and digital teams to support cross-channel campaigns.
• Ensure all partner marketing materials align with brand guidelines.
• Represent the company at networking events and partnership meetings.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in affiliate marketing, particularly in a luxury or real estate sector (5+ years preferred).
• Strong understanding of offline marketing techniques and strategies.
• Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• Demonstrated ability to create engaging promotional materials that resonate with the luxury market.
• Analytical skills with the ability to assess performance metrics and outcome effectiveness.
• Ability to travel for events, meetings, and affiliations.
• Strong organizational and project management skills.
