Responsibilities

Content strategy & execution
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with brand goals and luxury market positioning.
Lead the creative process for producing engaging content across formats: articles, property descriptions, blogs, videos, and social media.

Campaign development
Collaborate with the marketing team to craft compelling campaigns that showcase properties and the lifestyle of luxury living.
Manage content calendars to ensure timely delivery and consistency across all platforms.

Creative leadership
Oversee and mentor a team of content creators, providing guidance to ensure quality, originality, and brand alignment.
Build and maintain relationships with external creators, photographers, videographers, and influencers.

Market research & innovation
Conduct market research to identify trends and themes that resonate with high-net-worth audiences.
Stay abreast of industry developments and emerging technologies to enhance content offerings.

Performance & optimization
Analyze content performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement.
Ensure all content reflects AHS’s brand voice, tone, and standards of excellence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, journalism, or a related field
• Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in content creation and management, with a focus on luxury real estate or high-end lifestyle brands
• Proven track record of developing successful content strategies and campaigns
• Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills
• Ability to creatively present complex concepts in an engaging manner
• Experience managing and leading a creative team
• Strong knowledge of digital marketing principles and content optimization
• Proficiency in content management systems and social media platforms
