Description

AHS, a premier luxury real estate developer, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Gallery Admin Manager to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will oversee the operational aspects of our sales gallery, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for potential buyers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the administrative functions, coordinating events, and supporting the sales team to achieve its objectives.

Responsibilities

  • Manage daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
  • Coordinate sales events and exhibitions, including logistics, setup, and follow-up activities
  • Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory
  • Oversee the scheduling of appointments and tours for prospective buyers
  • Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to gallery operations
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and branding guidelines within the sales gallery
  • Monitor and analyze gallery performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
  • Train and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in real estate or luxury sales environments
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
  • Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
  • In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market is a plus
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
  • Previous experience in event planning or project management is an advantage
