Description
AHS, a premier luxury real estate developer, is seeking a highly organized and motivated Sales Gallery Admin Manager to join our dynamic team. In this essential role, you will oversee the operational aspects of our sales gallery, ensuring a seamless and engaging experience for potential buyers and visitors. Your responsibilities will include managing the administrative functions, coordinating events, and supporting the sales team to achieve its objectives.
Responsibilities
- Manage daily operations of the sales gallery, ensuring a professional and welcoming environment for clients and visitors
- Coordinate sales events and exhibitions, including logistics, setup, and follow-up activities
- Support the sales team with administrative tasks, such as preparing sales materials, presentations, and reports
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and inventory
- Oversee the scheduling of appointments and tours for prospective buyers
- Manage relationships with vendors and service providers related to gallery operations
- Ensure adherence to company policies, procedures, and branding guidelines within the sales gallery
- Monitor and analyze gallery performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and address any inquiries or concerns promptly
- Train and mentor administrative staff, fostering a collaborative and efficient work environment
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in an administrative or management role, preferably in real estate or luxury sales environments
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interactions and team collaboration
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software
- Ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- In-depth knowledge of the luxury real estate market is a plus
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
- Previous experience in event planning or project management is an advantage
